The annual Apple Butter Weekend was a great success again for 2009. We cooked up two kettles of apple butter, yeilding a little under 300 quarts. While a lot of work, it was a fun three days, filled with laughter and many great memories. Below are some of the many photos taken during the three days. These are from Saturday: cooking day. |
