V We have been approved to be a “partner” with
Christian Book Direct. All purchases made through the links
on our site will generate a donation for the church but only if
you click through our link. Links are on the Home and
Links page as well as above.
V The church calendar has been updated to include, I
think, all Association meetings, camps, retreats and
homecomings for 2009. Check here for dates.
V If you give out tracts, personally, consider putting our
‘tiny’ website address on the tracts. It is a great way to
reach out to the ones that receive them and to let them
know about us. All you need write on them is tiny.cc/gub.
V VBS is over and what a wonderful week it was! Adults
and kids alike all had a tremendous time, with fun, games
crafts and great Bible lessons. There are several photos
from the week, and more to be added on the VBS page.

V Apple butter weekend was a great success! Many
thanks to Bro. Winford (the Apple Czar) for organizing this
event and to all that were able to help out. Photos from
Saturday are online now and can be seen here.
V A new feature has been added to the website: a blog.
The blog will allow for faster and easier updating of prayer
requests and some announcements. It may be viewed here.

V Our annual Christmas dinner was a wonderful time for
us all. Many thanks to everyone that contributed. Photos
have been posted here.
V At the 6:00pm service on Sunday Feb. 21, 2010, we
will have special praise and worship music. As We R and
Kept and Protected will be performing.
